  • 3 cups water

  • 3 medium carrots; peeled and chopped

  • 1 apple; chopped

  • 1 quartered, skinned and pitted avocado

  • 1 tsp ginger

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 date peeled and pitted; chopped

  • 1 tsp corriander seed

  • 1 tsp curry powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp coconut butter

  • Blender

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend for approx. one minute

  2. Use your favorite heating method if you would like it hot or enjoy cold.
