Vegan cream of broccoli soup provides a flavor packed dose of vitamins and minerals.

  • 3 cups water

  • 1/2 cup shelled, raw hemp seeds

  • teaspoon agave syrup

  • 2 cups raw broccoli florets

  • tablespoon extra organic olive oil

  • tablespoon minced red onion

  • teaspoon cumin

  • 1/4 tablespoon black pepper

  • teaspoon sea salt

  • half of a skinned and pitted reed avocado

  • Blender

Instructions
  1. Add 3 cups water, hemp seeds and teaspoon agave syrup to blender and blend for 30 seconds

  2. Add all remaining ingredients to blender and blend for 20-30 seconds, depending on how chunky or smooth you want your soup

  3. Add to pot and heat to desired temperature
