Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

3 cups water

1/2 cup shelled, raw hemp seeds

teaspoon agave syrup

2 cups raw broccoli florets

tablespoon extra organic olive oil

tablespoon minced red onion

teaspoon cumin
-
1/4 tablespoon black pepper

teaspoon sea salt
-
half of a skinned and pitted reed avocado

Instructions

Add 3 cups water, hemp seeds and teaspoon agave syrup to blender and blend for 30 seconds

Add all remaining ingredients to blender and blend for 20-30 seconds, depending on how chunky or smooth you want your soup

Add to pot and heat to desired temperature
