  • 1 can butter beans

  • 3 tbsp peanut or almond butter

  • 2 tbsp ground oats

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp apple sauce

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/6 tsp baking powder

  • 1/6 tsp sea salt

  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips / chunks

  1. Add everything to a blender apart from the chocolate chunks.

  2. Blend until the dough is a smooth consistency. You may need to add a tbsp or two of your favourite milk if the blender struggles.

  3. Enjoy healthy cookie dough without chickpeas right away or store covered in the fridge and eat within a day or two.
