Ingredients

2 cups of pitted dates.

2 cups of almonds or any other nut of your choosing

¼ cup raw cacao powder

¾ cup unsweetened coconut; ¼ cup goes in the mix and we save ½ cup for rolling

¼ tsp pink salt
-
½ tsp vanilla extract for taste

1-2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk.

Instructions

Add all ingredients (except the 1/2 cup coconut flakes) into food processor

Run processor for 2 minutes or until the ingredients are mixed well together (If this is not sticky enough to roll into balls; add more almond milk, about a tablespoon at a time, mixing it until it is sticky enough

Roll into balls and add coconut flakes to them when done

Keep refrigerated or frozen
