Ingredients
Ingredients
  • 2 cups of pitted dates. 

  • 2 cups of almonds or any other nut of your choosing

  • ¼ cup raw cacao powder

  • ¾ cup unsweetened coconut; ¼ cup goes in the mix and we save ½ cup for rolling

  • ¼ tsp pink salt

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract for taste

  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk.

  • Food Processor

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients (except the 1/2 cup coconut flakes) into food processor

  2. Run processor for 2 minutes or until the ingredients are mixed well together (If this is not sticky enough to roll into balls; add more almond milk, about a tablespoon at a time, mixing it until it is sticky enough

  3. Roll into balls and add coconut flakes to them when done

  4. Keep refrigerated or frozen
